There is no Judgement
The greatest thing about working with Judy is there is no judgement, ever! Not when you have a bad day and eat too much, or don’t fit in your 30 minutes of exercise. She is always there for you with ideas of what to do next time, which is great, it’s such a learning experience. She will work with you to plan ahead when you have a business trip or event where eating will be a challenge. Both my boyfriend and I have used her and we love her approach.
