I wanted to send off an email to you telling you how much you have done for me.

The past two days I have gotten so many compliments from so many people saying “how wonderful” I look.  It has kind of taken the wind out of me.  So hopefully, I will be a walking advertisement for you.  When all the mom’s at Meredith’s school say these fabulous compliments I always say — “I have a diet coach”.
